Objective This Fundamentals program is the foundation of our world wide self help trainings and health practitioner school. It is quite useful for most if not ALL breathing development goals. Guaranteed improvement. Benefits An aid to the respiratory system to cleanse itself. Expands rib cage and potential for balanced dynamic breathing volume. When the rib cage does not expand it is like trying to blow up a 6 liter balloon inside a 2 liter bottle, as in the following figures:
Helps activate unused and dormant sections of the lungs and chest. Increases diaphragm excursion and organ massage, as shown in the below figures.
Helps reduce or wear down what we call the "speed bump" to allow for easier, smoother breathing. Applied relaxation stems from this. Breathing wave is more one thing instead of a series of events.
Helps break down body armoring and strengthen the inner "core".
